Most Venerable Wonhaeng, the president of the Jogye Order hosted a luncheon and invited the Ambassador of Pakistan to Seoul, H.E. Rahim Hayat Qureshi on January 21, 2019 held at Balwoogongyang, the restaurant specializing in temple cuisine. They exchanged the opinion during the lunch that starting with the last year’s visit by the Korean Buddhist delegation to Pakistan, the two countries will step up their efforts to strengthen cooperation and form closer ties to promote the development of Buddhist culture.
