Master Jinje’s instatement ceremony, as the new supreme patriarch of Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, was held on March 28, 2012 at 2 P.M. in Jogye-sa Temple.
The Supreme Patriarch is the head of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, the highest spiritual position that represents sanctity of Jogye Order.
A leader in interfaith studies, Rabbi Jack Bemporad also graced this momentous occasion to offer congratulations to Master Jinje.
