On February 27, 2026, Ven. Seonghyang, the abbot of Wonjuksa Temple in New Jersey, USA, was invited by Princeton Theological Seminary to lead a graduate-level class on interfaith dialogue. The session offered basic Buddhist doctrines, listening to traditional Korean chanting, and hands-on Seon meditation practice.
Professor Daniel M. Choi (Ph.D., Academic Affairs, Emma Bloomberg Center for Access and Opportunity, Princeton University), a second-generation Korean-American at Princeton University, and Professor Shalon Park of Princeton Theological Seminary attended the session.

Twenty graduate students from various regions of the United States and countries around the world listened to the Buddha’s teachings, practiced chanting meditation, and engaged in a Q&A session. Some students shed tears during the class and shared that it was a new and moving experience.
